How long does it take to process a data deletion request?

Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of the request.

How will I know when my data copy or deletion request is complete?

When you delete your account within the app, the data will be deleted within 1 day of account deletion. If you send us an email, we will notify you by email when your request is complete.

If I delete my account for one Zmist game, will it affect my accounts for other Zmist games?

In most cases, deleting one game account will not affect another. However, in some situations, game account data is shared across multiple games and cannot be deleted for just one game. When that is the case, your other Zmist games might be affected.

What if I want to delete data for multiple Zmist games?

You must request data copies and deletion on a game-by-game basis.
