User Requests for Deletion: Upon a user’s request to delete their data, we will process the request within 30 days. After this period, personal data will be permanently erased.

Data Anonymization

For users who leave the game or are inactive for a prolonged period, we may anonymize personal data to improve our services and analytics. Anonymized data cannot be traced back to individual users.

Children’s Privacy

Our games are not intended for children under the age of 13, or as required by the laws and regulations in your country. The age restrictions for accessing our games may vary depending on your region's legal requirements and the app's rating in the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from users who are below the minimum age required to use our games in their country. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.

Data Deletion Request

Feel free to contact us at support@zeemist.com with your user ID or Facebook ID to request the deletion of all your data from our servers. Please note that the data deletion process may take up to 30 days after your request. To find your user ID, follow these steps:

Step 1 : Launch any of our app.
Step 2 : Go to app dashboard
Step 3 : Click on your profile pic to see your profile details
Step 4 : There will be visible field with "user-id: xxxxx" you can take this screenshot or mention this user-id in the email.

Report security vulnerabilities

Reach out to us at support@zeemist.com to raise an issue, if you happen to notice any potential security issue whilst also meeting all the required criteria in our policy. The validation of the reported issue in terms of severity & authenticity will be done by our security team in around 30-45 days. Post validation, steps will be taken to fix the security issues in accordance with our security policies. The owner of the ticket will be informed once the issue is resolved.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

User Agreement & Terms Of Use

The following restrictions apply to the use of our Service:

You will not use the Service(s) or any content provided by Zmist Games in connection with, or in any manner that relates to, encourages, or promotes activities such as money laundering, gambling, betting, wagering, or any other illegal activity under Applicable Law. The Service(s) provided by Zmist Games are intended for entertainment purposes only and do not, in any way, promote any form of gambling, wagering, or betting. Zmist Games shall not be held responsible, directly or indirectly, for any form of betting, wagering, or gambling that takes place outside these Terms and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection therewith.
While using the Service(s) in your respective state/province/union territory, you must comply with Applicable Law at all times and adhere to all local and state legislation, court orders, and other rules and regulations that are in force in your specific region or billing address. You acknowledge and agree that your access to or participation in the Service(s) in any state/province/union territory where restrictions exist under Applicable Law is at your sole risk and discretion. Zmist Games shall not be liable to refund or reimburse any injury or damages suffered as a result of such use. Zmist Games expressly disclaims all liability arising from your violation of Applicable Law and reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban your account for failure to adhere to these Terms.
In the games Teen Patti Royal, Poker Offline, and any other card games introduced from time to time, you may win or lose virtual chips. These virtual chips have no real cash value and cannot be exchanged for prizes, winnings, rewards, consideration, profit, or any gain equivalent to real money. Participation in these games is completely free. If you spend all your free virtual chips, you can either wait and receive additional free chips periodically or choose to purchase more by making payments inside the game. Purchases are not mandatory to continue playing, as free chips will be provided from time to time. These games do not offer real money gambling, wagering, or betting, nor do they offer any opportunity to win real money or prizes. Success in social casino gaming does not indicate future success in real money gambling.
Simulated gambling games are not intended for audiences under 21, and the appropriate age rating is provided on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You shall not use your account for any illegal activity.
You shall not use your account to transmit repetitive messages (spam), junk email, or advertisements, nor to solicit.
You will not use your account to cheat or hack the game in any way.
You shall not post any objectionable or offensive content, including but not limited to abusive, threatening, racial, sexual, or obscene material.
You shall not sublicense, lease, trade, gift, sell, or otherwise transfer your account or associated virtual items, in part or in whole, to anyone without written permission from us.
You shall not buy or purchase chips or virtual items from any unauthorized source.
You shall not use any of the Services or create an account if you have been removed or banned from using the Service.
You shall not create or use more than one Facebook account to use the Service.
You shall not use any of our services if you do not agree with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other policy. Your license to use the services shall immediately terminate if you disagree with these terms.
We have full authority to ban or shadow-ban any user on the basis of suspicion. We also have full authority to change or zero-down a user's wallet on the basis of suspicion.
Your in-game currency balance is tied to your device. If you reset or change your device, your game will reset, and you will be assigned a new account. In such cases, you will have to restart your game progress, and we are not obligated to transfer chips from your old account to the new one.
You shall not use any third-party software, bots, automation tools, or cheats to gain an unfair advantage in the game or modify the game in any way.
You shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the game or any part of the service.
You shall not share your account credentials with others or allow anyone else to access your account.
You shall not exploit any bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the game to gain an unfair advantage or for any other purpose.
You shall not engage in any fraudulent activity or impersonate another person, user, or entity.
You shall not use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames, profile pictures, or other profile-related information that violates community guidelines.
You shall not attempt to create new accounts or bypass restrictions placed on an existing account (such as bans or suspensions).
You shall not collect, store, or distribute personal information of other players or users without their consent.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update these User Agreement & Policies in accordance with changes in legal requirements or our operational needs. You will be notified of any material changes.
