  • Cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash

Users make payments through the platform provider’s payment interface. After the platform processes the transaction, the platform remits the applicable developer proceeds to us according to the platform distribution agreement.

At no point do we accept deposits from users or allow withdrawal of money by users.

We distribute our mobile applications only through official platform marketplaces such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. We do not distribute installable application files directly to users and do not authorize any third-party websites, links, or messaging platforms to distribute its applications.

Accordingly, we do not accept direct payments from users outside the platform providers’ payment systems. Any website, application, or service claiming to offer our products with deposits, withdrawals, or direct payment options is unauthorized and not associated with us..

If the dispute remains unresolved within 30 days of the commencement of mediation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India. The proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the governing law shall be the substantive law of India.
